WHAT I CAN DRAW

Anything not on this list should be asked first, in case I'm not that good or comfortable at drawing them.

Requests will be sent to either my Twitter or my email kayc.boopy@gmail.com along with complete information and reference images of the character
Once the commission request has been accepted and agreed on, an invoice will be sent to the Client. Once paid, the Client's request will be queued, and the artist will proceed to working on it.
The Client may request at most 2 changes during the sketching & lineart phase. No major changes will be made afterwards.
The Artist will update the Client on the commission progress as frequently as possible.
Once the commission is done and approved, the finished products will be sent to the Client as soon as possible.

The Artist has the right to refuse commissions.
The Artist will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the Client's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.

The Client must NOT claim The Artist's work as theirs
The Artist has the right to print and/or post the client’s final artwork online for publicity, commission samples and work portfolio.
The Client is not allowed to resell the final artwork online, to third parties and/or make prints and merchandise for sale.
The Artist may ask the client permissions to print the final artwork for sale or sell the final artwork on digital marketplace such as Gumroad or Patreon. The Client has the right to refuse.

For BUST UP, The Artist will not work on the commission until full payment has been received.
For HALF BODY, The Artist will only work on the rough sketch until full payment has been received. Rough sketch phase artwork consists of rough lines, and/or solid base colors.
For FULL BODY CHARACTER, The client has the option of making a full payment, or down payment of 60%. If Client chooses down payment, the Artist will work on the commission until 60% completion. The Artist will then send the commission’s work in progress image and the rest 40% invoice payment to the Client. The Artist will not work on the commission until all requested payments have been received.
Commission will be cancelled if payment is not received after the artist agree to work on your commission within 5 business days.
The Client is not allowed to request a refund once the Artist has started working on the commission. This includes all down payments.
The Client, however, has the right for a refund if the Artist does not finish within the deadline that is both established by the artist and agreed by the Client.
The Artist has the right to cancel at any time if the artist is incapable to finish the artwork due to external reasons and the Client will get a refund.

All communication between Artist and Client will be done via Email.
All personal information will be kept confidential.
The Artist has the right to stream to commission progress on streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
The Artist has the right to post any work in progress images and/or clips on social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook and in art community channels in a VoIP Application such as Discord.
The Client has the right to request the Artist to not disclose any or all subjects related to the artwork including the artwork itself that the Artist is working on at any time. If Artist agrees, Artist will not be held responsible for any images, clips and/or publicity via stream of the artwork and everything related to the artwork that are disclosed before the request.
If the commission is defined as confidential, the commission agreement must also specify when public display is permitted.
